Party Balloons by Nickie Jones provides service to Somerset, Franklin Park, North Brunswick, New Brunswick, Kendall Park, Edison, South Plainfield, Piscataway and parts of Union and Essex County in New Jersey. We service Manhattan and Queens in New York.
